Documentation for The Problem, Version 28

The following PDF file describes The Problem, version 28.

Problem description for TPV28.

This benchmark explores a non-planar vertical fault with two hills.

The fault geometry is a single strike-slip fault in a half-space. The fault is a vertical plane, except for two hills. Initial shear and normal stresses on the fault are obtained by resolving a regional stress tensor onto the fault surface. The regional stress tensor is uniform throughout the model volume.
