* responded to CyberShake disaggregation/hazard curve calculation questions from Nenad
* met with Tom
* ETAS work
** needed help with SCEC-VDO figures for intern proposal
** fixed bug where gridded seismicity correction was applied twice in some recent analysis
* worked on transparent polygon render order in VTK, not yet successful
** generated 3D viz for el mayor cucapah rupture in SCEC-VDO for Ned that is used as input to ETAS simulations
* CyberShake call
** post processed new results, added new parameter for scaling target MFD
* UCERF3 Science paper figure work:
** configured scenario simulations, submitted at Stampede and babysat over the weekend
** Finished SCEC-VDO figure work, generated first draft of all Mojave M7 SCEC-VDO figures
* new OpenSHA server transition
** discovered that 10k Mojave M7 simulations isn't enough for stable spatial distribution of probability gain. Submitted more calcs at Stampede which ran over the weekend, now up to 100k
** worked on getting WG02 ERF (Fortran) working, needed new libraries installed by John
* completed NSHMP hazard code review
** skyped with Peter on it for a while

* ETAS work:
* work on web location for UCERF3-ETAS simulations:
** post process scenario runs: plot code needs updating to handle scenario simulations rather than spontaneous event simulations
** one location that includes only the "final" simulations
* continue new opensha transition
** add descriptions of plots, hide plots not featured in paper
** recompile WG02 ERF and set up wrapper
** will be similar to: http://opensha.usc.edu/ftp/UCERF3.3/
** get coverage tests working
* meet with Tom
* more followup questions from Nenad on CyberShake curve/disagg calculation
* UCERF3 Science paper figure work:
* respond to question from Rundle's group on UCERF3 input files for simulators, possibly supply files with sections sorted differently
** stage back, merge 100k Mojave M7 simulations, redo plots
** likely plot updates after meeting with Tom
* work on figures for loss modeling paper
