For CCA06
There are 3 different versions of data configuration files as noted in CCA06 Projection Review. The main differences are the location of the four corners of the model.
1. CCA github should be updated with the config file that Scott received from David for his CyperShake runs
2. The config file from UCVM github should remain as it is. The CCA data files under UCVM has been converted into a single file in HDF format and hence its config is assumed not identical to the one used in CCA github which is CCA in its native form
For CVM-S4.26
