- Trac ticket #340: Do not apply (31-days) lag when downloading raw catalog data
- Stopped processing on canterbury, asked John to move image to another server, restore csep-cert for release candidate testing

- Tom H. and Rowena reported that PBO data is available as different solution, need to update the testing center and models to use it
