* finished initial CyberShake tapered hypocenter distribution rupture variation probability modifier
* improved performance of CyberShake peak amplitude accessor in OpenSHA removing forced sorting (to speed up MCER map generation)
** rewrote my relative hypocenter location on rupture surface calculation to be much more efficient
* profiled ETAS calculations for Ned, found bottlenecks especially with some unnecessary Math.floor/round calls in inner loops, sped up calculations 30%
** ran a few calculations and created wiki page
* sucessfully used USGS event webservice in Java to download latest Comcat catalog directly in java
* generated 15.4 vs 14.2 comparison maps
* ETAS plots for Ned

* send clarification to Rob and participate in CyberShake call
* more ETAS calculation profiling
* insert 2s GMPE curves into the CyberShake database so that we can create 2s maps
* try to finish CyberShake MCER maps
* get ETAS GUI back up and running for meeting tomorrow
* finalize documentation and publish new UCERF3 time dependent probabilities tool, send notice to users
* respond to Feng, possibly start UCERF3 time dependent calculator tool
** one more verification test as well
