Max's data request for the CSEP workshop:
- Fixed and added new acceptance tests for Trac ticket #361: TX and WX tests should support evaluation of 1-day vs. 1-day or 30-min forecasts groups
- Copied csep-op CA one-day-models-V12.10 and one-day-models-Md2-V12.10 data to csep-cert, started TX and WX evaluation
CruiseControl on csep-cert: old build is working fine

- Re-process Global 0.1degree one-year-models-V12.10 group for 2012, 2013
- Re-process Oceanic Transform Faults experiment to evaluate first 2 years of forecasts
