* wrote wrapper script for FastMPJ on stampede to detect error on launch and internal FastMPJ communications errors during runtime and automatically restart calculationg (without exiting stampede job and giving up spot in the queue)

* sent UCERF3-TD fault probabilities and documentation to user
* responded to broken link request related to materials at scec.org/ucerf which no longer exists.

** forwarded to web team and sent the information requested directly in the meantime
* started servlet to wrap perl scipt for fetching Garcia regions
* wrote parallel code to calculate characteristic-ness of each fault subsection across all UCERF3 logic tree branches, ran and sent results to Ned

Yesterday:

  • post processed ETAS jobs on stampede for Ned, sent plots
  • sent UCERF3-TD fault probabilities and documentation to user
  • workaround for path issues with FastMPJ wrapper script on stampede
  • started servlet to wrap perl scipt for fetching Garcia regions

Today:

  • queue up weekend ETAS runs for Ned
  • modify parallel ETAS code for latest Ned refactoring: remove GR-correction in favor of maximum characteristic factor parameter
