Look at Rumi's e-mail and compare the use of velocities in platform versus SDSU's code

- Move plot code out of Greens Functions directory
- Keep GMT support?

Make trunk work both with and without site response
Look for ways to break up the GF directory layout, some ideas are:
- First candidate is removing the plot directory from the GF directory
- Create separate validation package
- Separate events and codebases from each other
