- Add metrics for openSHA,CSEP for interval 11/1/12

- Index (or TOC) for scecpedia entries
- Software licensing information for CME codebases(bbp,ucvm)
- Create list of email lists
- Review subscribers list for each
- Setup contact schedule for each list
