* made OpensHA plugins more efficient with less duplication of vertexes, cleaned up code a bit, and implemented generalized version of geometry generators that will work with triangular surfaces
* fixed some statefulness bugs
* looked into UTM conversion libraries, worked on RSQSim format parser
