Fixed several issues with workflow generator
- Station list and source file can be specified by name or number
- Added kappa value to UCSB syn1D config file
- BBToolbox working again after reverting RS fix
gen_accept_tests working
Regenerated GF package for LABasin
Had Skype call with JC wrt UCSB method
- Randomize corner frequencies?
