- Defined and prioritized goals for BBP 13.12.0 release

- Update Source, add 2 new region-specific parameters
- Add support for 2 GF sets (LF and HF)
- Modify BBP scripts to run simulator twice
- Merge LF and HF seismograms with UCSB Stitch code
