- Checked on DB upgrade - did not complete
- Executed AWP-GPU on Titan, seems successful
- Tested new PreSGT code on 200m USC, found bug, worked on debugging
- Emailed interns with task

- Finish SGT workflow on Titan by hand, then run PP somewhere else
- Respond to Nenad with sample queries
- Debug PreSGT code at large scale
- Try rolling back and re-upgrading DB
