After comparing with cvms5_fixed.tar.gz, the config file from UCVMC 17.1's stock cvms5 matches with the fixed version and so we can conclude that CVM-S4.26's projection issue has been resolved for the current UCVMC release
A pre-fixed CVM-S4.26 version was used to validate.
