CyberShake 1.4 takes the multiple velocity models and rupture variations and adds to it the capability to compute high-frequency stochastic seismograms for every rupture variation.
Contents
Data Products
The SQLite database for this study is available at /home/scec-04/tera3d/CyberShake/sqlite_studies/study_1_4/study_1_4.sqlite . It can be accessed using a SQLite client.
Hazard curves calculated with CyberShake 1.4 have a Hazard Dataset ID of 15 (CVM-H) or 21 (CVM-S).
Data Requirements
You can download an Excel spreadsheet which calculates data requirements given a number of sites, number of components, and frequency here.
Fall 2011 Production Run
In Fall 2011 we are conducting a production run using CyberShake 1.4. We intend to calculate broadband hazard curves for 18 precariously balanced rock sites in Southern California with both CVM-H 11.2 and CVM-S4 with the new rupture variations (Graves and Pitarka (2010)). Additionally, we will calculate broadband hazard curves for 3 previously calculated PBR sites, 19 SCSN sites, and 6 sites near to SCSN stations.
Curves can be viewed here.
Sites Status
Sites status can be viewed here. A KML file containing these sites, with PBR sites in red, SCSN sites in orange, and near-SCSN sites in yellow can be downloaded here.
