checked gmpe_box_plot scripts into svn
Created GMPE validation packages for all 12 GMPE scenarios
- Ready to run now on epicenter
Helped JB to get correct GFs for his simulations
Call with CG and KA (and PM) about ExSim integration
- Lots of user parameters
- Will use template configuration files
Started design work for ExSim integration

SVN commits
- GMPE code
Start GMPE runs on epicenter
- GP code first, then SDSU
Update boxplot scripts to use NA's new acceptance rules
Add version numbers on validation packages and GFs
Incorporate JC's changes to the UCSB rupture generator
- Use only 1 rupture generator for vertical and dipping faults
