Started work on Trac #146: Remove DT from src file
- GP method uses 3 separate DT values (RP, LF, HF)
- Contacted RG to clarify issues, sent him summary
Talked to JC about UCSB method
- Corner freq is related to source
- Update to UCSB method to include hybrid approach: LF/HF
Supported SG wrt running BBP 13.9.0

Continue work on removing DT from .src file (trac #146)
- Add DT to each GF package, remove from SRC file
- Look for DT on UCSB method
