finished initial CyberShake tapered hypocenter distribution rupture variation probability modifier
- rewrote my relative hypocenter location on rupture surface calculation to be much more efficient
- ran a few calculations and created wiki page
generated 15.4 vs 14.2 comparison maps
ETAS plots for Ned

send clarification to Rob and participate in CyberShake call
insert 2s GMPE curves into the CyberShake database so that we can create 2s maps
get ETAS GUI back up and running for meeting tomorrow
respond to Feng, possibly start UCERF3 time dependent calculator tool
