• CSEP:
  • Email from Lukas Heiniger from ETH testing center on multiple processings within CSEP
  • Work on migration to upgraded OS and Python 3:
    • Committed all changes to SVN
    • Asked John to downgrade R package and spatstat library on new "csep22-devel" image: all Diagnostics evaluation tests were failing with new version of R
    • Contacted Robert Clements, author of Diagnostics evaluation tests, if there is an easy fix to his codes to run with newest R, sent test case data
    • Started running unit and acceptance tests on "csep22-devel" image:
      • Matplotlib is using .config/matplotlib/matplotlibrc resource file on Linux now
      • Linux group error causing some of acceptance tests to fail, asked John to fix it

Today

• CSEP:
  • Trac ticket #352: Remove RELM R evaluation test from all forecasts groups at SCEC testing center
  • Work on migration to upgraded OS and Python 3:
    • Continue with unit and acceptance tests on new Python 3 "csep22-devel" image
    • Non-ascii output from R package (only when run on new Python 3 "csep22-devel" image) causing some acceptance tests to fail, contacted John Yu regarding R installation
    • Set up nightly processing to run over my next week off
