Yesterday:
- CyberShake deterministic calculation work:
- verified aleatory mag variability removal algorithm
- modified MCEr deterministic calculations (both CyberShake and GMPE based) to use aleatory mag variability removal algorithm
- recomputed 2s MCEr maps, created wiki page: http://scec.usc.edu/scecpedia/CyberShake_Deterministic_MCEr_Calculations
- created new map with shows which value governs at each site (probabilistic, deterministic, deterministic lower limit)
- post processed last set of ETAS results from previous run for Ned
Today:
- implement CB's proposed CyberShake/GMPE weighting algorithm:
- average UCERF3 based GMPE calculations with UCERF2 based CyberShake calcs
- 1s: full GMPE weight, 10s: full CyberShake weight. Will linearly interpolate between for now but make it easy to swap in other weighting functions
- Apply weighted averaging directly to hazard curves (before RTGM calc) for probabilistic calcs, apply to spectrum for deterministic calculations.
Blocked:

Followups:
no
Lower priority or longer term tasks
- Fill in missing site/rupture distances in CyberShake DB for ERF 36 (200m)
- finish mapping of historical earthquakes to UCERF3 ruptures in order to run ETAS simulations of aftershock sequences
