- BBP code review
- simulator/synchronization work
- implemented new Copula calculation with arbitrary resolution (previous version was based on discretized state occupancy distribution)
- created new grids of plots to better show copulas, example here:

- Northridge plot improvements:
- constant x axis/binning
- multiple recordings when multiple nearby stations
- work on organization of web directories, add header.html file which will show above directory listing with metadata
