- John moved canterbury image to arc.usc.edu, restored csep-cert image
- Moved missing daily and 30-min forecasts from csep-op to csep-cert
- Re-ran acceptance tests for Darfield models on new server, restored batch processing on canterbury image to generate daily forecasts
- csep-op: high disk usage by daily forecasts, should enable GZIP compression
- XML schema for QF external forecast
