Added one more handler when exception of truncation is generated
- Python implementation of maps for Darfield experiment, sent map example to Max
- XML schema for QF group: can have two elements with different names (<openDepthLayer> and <depthLayer>) to post requirement on the schema as asked by Max:
- Optional "maxMagnitude" attribute for each cell if <maxMagnitudeOpen>1</maxMagnitudeOpen>
