- added recurrence rate metric calculation and plotting
Today:
- implement additional recurrence plot metrics, start analysis and generate relevant figures for poster
- read Zbilut and Webber Jr., 1992 & Webber Jr. and Zbilut, 1994 for explanation of some formulas
- show Tom latest updates
- more figure generation for SCEC poster - align recurrence plots with moment rate time series plots for direct comparison, requires additional bookkeeping
