Yesterday:
- recurrence plot updates:
- read Zbilut and Webber Jr., 1992 & 1994 for additional metrics
- generalized metric calculation code to make adding new metrics easier
- better detection of main diagonal width for metric calculation
- sped up calculation by precomputing/storing poisson catalogs
- implemented determinism, laminarity, and diagonal length metric calculations - not very illuminating
- met with Tom
Today:
- implement additional recurrence plot metrics, start analysis and generate relevant figures for poster
- investigate additional metrics, see if any might be applicable and implement if relevant
- start SCEC poster

Lower priority or longer term tasks
- Fill in missing site/rupture distances in CyberShake DB for ERF 36 (200m)
- finish mapping of historical earthquakes to UCERF3 ruptures in order to run ETAS simulations of aftershock sequences
