Yesterday:
- ETAS work
- new calculation on full catalogs at HPC, statistics on supraseimogenic rupture ancestors
- worked on post processing last weekend runs, blocked by filesystem issues on stampede
- met with Jon Stewart, Kioumars, Phil and Christine on site amplification work, planned activities for next 3 weeks
- met with John Yu and Sanskriti, saw demo of VTK running within Java. Looks very promising
- opensha server transition - almost there!
- started staging data to opensha local disk from scec-02
- fixed bug with New Zealand ERF in nightly builds for user
Today:
- ETAS work:
- figure out if simulations or just post processing was effected by filesystem issues on stampede
- rerun any sims if needed, otherwise rerun post processing
- generate plots for Ned
- restart site amplification work
- continue new opensha transition
- staging data to opensha local disk from scec-02
- work on CyberShake hazard curve/disagg code and wiki page for users (specifically Nenad)
