SCEC INCITE 2017 allocation development.
These two planning documents describe standard simulations we plan to perform on INCITE systems, and break down the simulations by code, computer, and compute and data estimates for each. These standard simulations are units of work. We will then combine these units of work into our science plans, and then calculate our requested computer and data time based on running these standard simulations several times each.
