Added composite 1D profile to wiki + checked code into Git
Fixed proposal permissions problems that TH reported
- Other fixes included, e.g. budget info not displaying correct after RFP closed
Cleaned up and checked into GH code to find min Vp, Vs, density from EL text model
Continued work on UCVM prototype
