Investigated SDSU validation run results
- Replicated Rumi's results using same station list
- Results not better removing site response and/or using URS's 3D LF option
Integrated Phil's change into trunk
- Need a workaround for both cases (with and without site response)
Python code reworking
- Enabled $Id$ svn prop for all Python modules

Continue investigating SDSU case
- Figure out which/how many stations go into the urs_gof program
Look for ways to break up the GF directory layout, some ideas are:
- First candidate is removing the plot directory from the GF directory
- Create separate validation package
- Separate events and codebases from each other
Get ready to run Fling Study scenarios on HPCC when Phil's runs end
