Trac ticket #295: Diagnostics tests should be applied to time-dependent forecasts
- Waiting for fixes for 4 types of failures from Robert
- Removed tests from csep-cert forecasts groups

Testing of new server as csep-cert:
- Set nightly processing without publishing
- Issued processing of daily forecasts:
  - Can't access ANSS and CMT catalogs
  - Email is not working, status messages fail to send

- Robert can provide fixes in next 2 weeks, too late for the release?
- Will try to adjust catalog and forecast format on CSEP side, 2 issues would be solved
