- John created TD development image, Ji installed and compiled the codes on the image

- Discrepancy in logL results for EEPAS-0S_Combined forecast as reported by Max Schneider
- Don't see reported -73 vs. -76 values, only 0.1% difference in logL results
- Differences are due to the scale factor for the last test date being 0.989999
