  • Checked on DB upgrade - did not complete
  • Executed AWP-GPU on Titan, seems successful
  • Tested new PreSGT code on 200m USC, found bug, worked on debugging
  • Emailed interns with task

Today

  • Finish SGT workflow on Titan by hand, then run PP somewhere else
  • Respond to Nenad with sample queries
  • Debug PreSGT code at large scale
  • Try rolling back and re-upgrading DB
