  • Tried to start 1 Hz sim, 2 Hz filter post-processing on BW, but slowdown issues
  • Added malloc, realloc, free wrappers to debug DirectSynth memory issue
  • Reread CAAR proposal, emailed comments to Phil
  • Updated CV, sent to Phil

Today

  • Continue work on DirectSynth memory issue
  • Resubmit 1 Hz sim, 2 Hz filter post-processing
  • Add cleanup to workflows
  • Replace binary lookup with hashtable
  • Work on interface between Titan and Blue Waters workflows
