Study shallow regions handling of CVMS/CVMS5/CVMSI

Continuation from UCVM ucvm with sw4 using cvmsi

   cvms(CVM-S4)  - rule based model with basins+borholes+GTL
   cvms5(CVM-S4.26) - cvms as starting model, improved, no GTL
   cvmsi(CVM-S4.26M01) -- cvms +cvms5 + ADD_TJ_GTL

just for testing :

   cvmsi_x -- cvmsi minus ADD_TJ_GTL
