  • Tried out data movement - no globus-url-copy on aprun nodes, going back-and-forth with staff
  • Set up SSH keys and jobs to add runs to pending.txt on shock and register files in RLS
  • Modified SGT Merge jobs to finish in reasonable time

  • Try out GO CLI
  • Sort out some issues with the Run Manager changing job status to Error prematurely
  • Test jobs to add files to RLS and to pending.txt

  • Post-process 3 sets of WNGC SGTs
• Start monitord DB population
• Finish wiki entry for Study 2.2 data products
• Contact Andrew Hart for overview of OODT
