Yesterday:

• Worked on integrating the CSM module
  • All integration is done
  • Code runs, generates results
  • Fixed few Matlab-to-Python conversion things
  • Updated fortran code and parameters as per JA's instructions
  • Ran new simulations
• Worked on Irikura module
  • Irikura pipeline working and generating seismograms
• Modified cluster scripts to handle new methods (Irikura, CSM, EXSIM)
• Updated HPCC scripts to match epicenter scripts
• Validated new epicenter cluster
  • Can run 2 simultaneous simulations at full performance
  • Results good
  • New disks operation, 5TB available for June runs
• Sent Seok Goo new SRF plot, and instructions for plotting scripts

Today:

• Continue working on CSM module
  • Check with JA on new results
• Continue working on SDSU module
  • Modify BBToolbox.py script to generate new input file
  • Test run?
• Continue working on Irikura module
  • Sent follow-up to JB
• Set up broadband on HPCC
  • Test run
