  • Changed configuration files to invoke T and W tests for the last year of the whole testing period (per David's approval)

• New csep-op server:
  • Updated CSEP Trac, cseptesting.org with information about V13.4.0 release
  • Updated forecasts groups configuration files with time-dependent models to include diagnostics test
  • Sent out release announcement
  •  Reprocessing to catch up with evaluation of CA one-day forecasts
