Yesterday:

• figured out bug in Hanning taper implementation
• sent new moment rate plots to Tom
• calculated initial RSQSim based hazard curves from periods at troughs/peaks of moment rate variation plots

Today:

• improve RSQSim hazard curve figures and send to Tom for comment
• rewrite Hanning taper calculation in more efficient manner suggested by Tom
• figure out bug in oblique-slip case for Bayless & Summerville 2013 directivity model
  • finalize all unit tests
