Yesterday:

• ETAS work:
  • staged 1000 year catalogs from stampede
  • parsed finite rupture data from Jeanne, created OpenSHA surfaces from data
  • mapped finite ruptures to events in historical catalog
  • initial implementation of mapping from finite rupture surfaces to UCERF3 ruptures - work in progress
• improvements to moment rate power spectrum plots for Tom

Today:

• ETAS work:
  • map historical earthquakes to UCERF3 ruptures in order to run ETAS simulations of aftershock sequences
  • modify ETAS simulation code to work with arbitrary start time (e.g. right after occurrence of historical EQ)
• RSQSim/UCERF3 recurrence plots for Tom
