Yesterday:

• recurrence plot updates:
  • aligned moment rate time series plots with recurrence plots for direct comparison
  • found good website with recurrence plot info and metrics: http://www.recurrence-plot.tk/rqa.php
  • added recurrence rate metric calculation and plotting

Today:

• implement additional recurrence plot metrics, start analysis and generate relevant figures for poster
  • read Zbilut and Webber Jr., 1992 & Webber Jr. and Zbilut, 1994 for explanation of some formulas
• show Tom latest updates
• more figure generation for SCEC poster - align recurrence plots with moment rate time series plots for direct comparison, requires additional bookkeeping
