1/19/16

Yesterday:

  • wrote up RSQSim related progress for FESD annual report, sent to Tom to edit and forward to Dieterich
  • added support for ETAS catalogs in recurrence plot code, plotted 10,000 yr catalogs
  • fixed bug in MFD plotter application reported by user (after clicking clear plot can't create new plots)

Today:

  • work with John Yu on path forward for opensha.usc.edu
  • research MySQL alternatives ahead of tomorrow's CyberShake DB call
  • create unit tests for site amplification framework from new test file
  • follow up with Ned on ETAS priorities

  • Fill in missing site/rupture distances in CyberShake DB for ERF 36 (200m)
  • finish mapping of historical earthquakes to UCERF3 ruptures in order to run ETAS simulations of aftershock sequences
