Yesterday:

• Fling Study
  • Scenario 131 (7.8 Mag) verified
  • We are now 40/42
  • Remaining scenarios all running on GEOSYS
  • Updated wiki tables: http://scec.usc.edu/scecpedia/Fling_Study#Codebase_URS.2FURS.2FURS.2FURS
• Running full validation test for URS
  • Comparing trunk and 11.2.3 on broadband.usc.edu
  • LP and LA passed, waiting for NR to finish running
• Trac #101: Done: Implemented unit test to catch mix of spaces and tabs in Python code
• Trac #135: Done: Current trunk code fails spaces/tabs mix test
• Continued work on adapting run_bbp_parallel scripts to run Fling scenarios in 1 pass
  • John's scripts only ran on 1 node
  • Current scripts run on many nodes, but need to capture the output better (fails right now)
  • Testing CopyParallel.py script on HPCC

Today:

• Fling Study
  • Monitoring running scenarios
• Continue working on HPCC parallel scripts to run Fling scenarios in half time
• Continue working on the testing framework
• Work on Cruise Control setup (pending John Yu install)
