- Create template for project page
- Create list of SCEC CME Projects
- Create annual calendar
- Populate project template for each project
- Include PI, co-PI, funded groups
- start date, end date
- post existing progress and status reports
- Develop annual Calendar
- Create list of email lists
- Review subscribers list for each
- Setup contact schedule for each list
- Develop method for calculating metrics, and update interval
- Update SI2 metrics at selected intervals
- Index (or TOC) for scecpedia entries
