• Worked on integrating the CSM module
  • Create scat1d.in, simula.in, nuclear.in, random number file, compom.in, stat.dat
  • Talked to JA about parameters, coding of the CSM realization generator
  • E-mail JA more questions
• Worked on SDSU module
  • Merged differences between July 2012 v1.4 and April 2013 v1.5
  • Sent diff to Rumi to incorporate in future versions
  • Modified makefiles, checked code into svn
• Worked on Irikura module
  • Received examples from JB
  • Tested NR scenario
  • Fixed Matlab to Python discrepancies
  • Ran make_param (JL's program), results the same
  • Ran statgreen, results the same

Today:

• Continue working on CSM module
  • Create mod files, event files
  • Pending answers from JA
• Continue working on SDSU module
  • Modify BBToolbox.py script to generate new input file
  • Test run?
• Continue working on Irikura module
  • Run greenscale binary
  • Convert output 1-comp seismogram to BBP format
  • Run end-to-end
• Modify cluster script to enable using new methods
• Bring old HPCC script up to data with epicenter script
