Yesterday

• Added SC and RC entries to Titan
• Create pilot job to reserve enough resources for TEST site
• Tried out Titan data transfer with USC SGTs, had authentication issue, will try again
• A few seg faults with largest ruptures, started debugging
• Worked with Gideon to get jobs running, got through most of SGT workflow, discussed potential pilot job approaches

Today

• Debug seg faults in seis_psa code
• Run aprun tests to understand aprun behavior on Titan
• See if can finish SGT workflow on Titan
• Retry Titan data transfer with USC SGTs
