Yesterday

- Worked on PC proposal review page
    - Got most of it complete
    - Worked heavily on optimizing speed
    - Got the page under 2 seconds load time
    - Significant improvement over the many seconds it took before
- Localization issues with the SCEC site
    - Accented characters not displayed correctly
    - Switched system to be UTF-8 compliant
- Fixing a couple of small bugs on the details page

Today

- Imported 3 new SCEC profiles
- TH is saying that large proposal, RH, not saving data
- Disable system user page as per TH
- Wrap up (hopefully) work on proposal review page
    - Send off to TH
