Staff Priorities - David

Yesterday

- Met with TH briefly about site and status
- Continued working through use cases
    - Save as draft use case is now done
    - Discovered some other permissions issues, fixed
- Began refactoring code
    - Abstracting as much as possible from the pubs system for use elsewhere
    - Documenting functions, features
    - E.g. I had the code to build the citation in two places, now put into one function

Today

- Continue refactoring/re-organizing code
    - Important as pubs system has been a "scratchpad" for doing dev the Drupal way
    - Many key functionalities in pubs that can be used elsewhere
- Add and implement use case of promoting publication to home page
- Re-test all use cases, when pass, mark as done
    - Hand off to TH and PM
