Max's data request for the CSEP workshop:
- Generated missing CA 30-min forecasts for TX and WX evaluation for 1-day vs. 30-min groups, copied to csep-cert, started processing
- Posted complete results (2012-2014) for Global SHIFT_GSRM model for Max
- Renamed Oceanic Transform Faults forecasts for 2012 to confirm to latest naming convention, started evaluation

Email from Emily Brodsky's student Qingjun regarding their model installation within CSEP. Copied model codes to 'csep' account, getting errors for the run. Model hard-codes paths to all inputs, responded to Qingjun asking to follow CSEP model submission requirements.
