    - Discussed proposal import method
    - GA to w@s.o, add subaccounts
- Continued working on proposal submission system
- Fixed issues with SO
    - "Ir" totals being added to Oct. 15 total incorrectly
    - Added US non-OSR stats to participants.php

Today

- SO tasks:
    - Secousse issues, adding U.S. only to home page, etc.
    - Half-day to these tasks, see where I am
- Continue working on proposal system
    - Possibly meet with TH to see proposal import status
- RT etree issues
