    - Had issue with MySQL conf file, fixed
- Proposal import script mostly complete in theory
    - Weird bug with objects not actually saving to DB

- High-F call @ 11:00am
- Fix proposal import script
- Add permissions for proposals
- Incorporate feedback from TH
- Re-deploy to aftershock
